- Black-and-white matte; front angled view of the Main Hall at the Virginia School for the Deaf and the Blind; building is Greek Revival, 2-3 stories and constructed of brick and white siding; features 2-story portico and large pediment above the central section. Stone stairs lead to five large, doric-style pillars on the portico; a lightpost with heavy amounts of ivy is visible on the left side of the portico.
