- The front of the card shows a black & white photo of Helen Keller and Annie Sullivan. A facsimile of Helen Keller's handwriting reads along the top margin: "In Remembrance of My Dearest Friend Anne Sullivan Macy." And, at the bottom margin, "Cordially Helen Keller." On the photo, at bottom left, is printed: "COGerrard Sisters, St. Louis." On the back of the card, at top center, is printed a quote from Helen Keller: "The wise hand of another has led me into the world on nature, art and literature; but I cannot rest happy while my blind fellows are lonely and unhelped, standing outside the gates of light." At the bottom is printed: "Please address all communications to: American Foundation for the Blind, Inc. 15 West 16th Street, New York, N. Y." Card has darkened; fingerprint along front right edge appears to be in ink.
