- Full page braille slate, cream colored epoxy plastic; full piano hinge on left; twenty-eight lines of thirty-seven cells, divided into groups of seven sections of four lines each; raised dots separate every five cells; bottom frame has recessed pits, windows on top frame have slight dimples to guide placement of stylus; four pins up on lower frame; machining marks on bottom frame, crudity of the casting and poor finish on the hinge mark this as a prototype.
