Round cast aluminum housing, coated with crinkled black enamel; brass mounting foot for pole on base; rounded glass face with nickel trim; silver color clock face, arabic numerals on the hour and gradations at 12 minute intervals; black hour, minute and second hands; enameled on face, "Scully"; brown plastic two wire power cord with Underwriter's Laboratory tag; stamped faintly on reverse of housing, "General Electric"; cast into housing on reverse, "2-CC-1258".
