Includes maps showing the countries of the world; a comparative chart of the surface of the sun and the planets; and a table listing the area, population, revenue, and government of each country. Detailed text descriptions with each map, in addition all maps have a border marked with longitude and latitude, and a linear scale. Land masses are smooth and the oceans defined by horizontally striped texture. Book has been rebound; black clothbound boards with gilt lettering on spine.
