Summary/Description: Blue clothbound boards. Includes a frontispiece of Fraser. "First printed 1942." The book is about Fraser, who was blinded as a teenager, and his association with St. Dunstan's in London, England, where he served as the organization's chairman. Harold Lynch, of Reader's Digest, sent the book in 1944 to American Printing House for the Blind Superintendent A.C. Ellis for possible publication in braille. A letter from him to Ellis and a 13-page typescript, condensed from the book, are included in this accession. Taped to the first page of the transcript, at center, is a 3" x 2.25" copy of the book's frontispiece photo. Book contains penciled notations. .1 - book .2 - letter .3 - typescript
