Description: The handle has a single row of raised dots along the long edges. The tip is decorated on front and back with a raised design. The bowl shows a view of the school building. Above the view is "School for D & B" and below is "Romney, W. VA." The maker's mark and the word "sterling" appear on the back of the handle.
