Description: Black-and-white portrait photo of Watson Dabney, who served on the Board of Trustees of the American Printing House for the Blind from 1963-1993, and was president of the board from 1969-1979. He is looking directly at the camera, shoulders angled toward the right, and has a slight closed-mouth smile. He has short hair and a receding hairline, and is wearing a striped suit and solid-color tie, a handkerchief in the front left pocket of his jacket. "Fabian Bachrach" is stamped in bottom right corner; number 211 appears in bottom left margin.
