Administrative History: Warren Bledsoe (1912-2005) was a pioneer and innovator honored for his contributions to the development of modern orientation and mobility training. He was one of the initial 32 members inducted into the Hall-of-Fame for Leaders and Legends of the Blindness Field in 2002, but was too ill to join nine other "living legends" at a ceremony in Louisville that fall. Instead he was given his plaque by APH EOT Lou Tutt, at the time the Superintendent at the Maryland School for the Blind, in this brief ceremony at the school, and the video was shared at the October 10 event..
