Administrative History: On January 23, 2008, Mitch McConnell, U.S. Senator of Kentucky, sponsored Senate Resolution 421, Honoring the 150th Anniversary of the American Printing House for the Blind (APH, Louisville, Kentucky). The next day, Senator McConnell, speaking on the Senate Floor, delivered a tribute to APH and thanked the Senate for its "unanimous approval" of the resolution.
