History/Provenance: Removed from 2014.13.1, Box 20, Folder 64. Accompanied a letter dated February 14, 1966 from Colonel Frank Kossa to Father Thomas Carroll. Kossa was an assistant to General Lewis Hershey, Director of the Selective Service System from 1941-1970. Hershey's office hosted the January 20, 1966 meeting of the Board of the General Melvin Mass Memorial Rehabilitation Fund, on which Carroll served.
