Description: (a) White vinyl binder cover, lined on interior with black loop Velcro; a miscellany of shapes, including vinyl lines in three lengths, yellow foam squares, sandpaper squares, felt covered shapes, wooden rings decorated with tactile inks, plastic gemstones, google eyes, and buttons are mounted with ring Velcro and mounted to the lining; a paper product sheet for "The Picture Book" along with ordering information from "High Expectations" in Lexington, Kentucky, is slipped into the clear cover of the binder; (b) APH Project Plan and Final Report, Wheatley Tactile Board, in green folder binder.
