The June 1893 (vol. 26, no. 6) issue contains the article "Sketch of Froebel," pages 188-189, describing the life and work of Friederich Froebel, founder of the kindergarten, with an illustration of Froebel with children. The January 1894 (vol. 27, no. 1) issue contains "The Children's Eyes," page 17, a brief article about children with corrected vision. The July 1899 (vol. 33, no. 7) issue contains "Dr. Moon's Work for the Blind," page 13, an article describing William Moon's contributions in the field of blindness education, with 3 photo illustrations of Dr. Moon, a tactile map of the British Isles, and the Moon alphabet. .1 - June 1893 .2 - January 1894 .3 - July 1899
