Windows and doors are open at the left and rear of the room, and there is an upright piano onstage at the front right. Description: "The fourth anniversary of foundation day of Taegu Light House and the second commencement ceremony were held on July 15 '51 at the Assembly Room of Provincial Government Building. There were two blinds and two deafs and dumbs graduating, who were through four years' school course. This glorious and significant ceremony was held with the assembled audience of 00 under-class students and 200 guests from various offices. In their congratulatory [corrected from "congradulatory"] address, they expressed that they relized the need of the education of blind and dumb; moreover they made a promise [corrected from "promise"] to give [ crossed out "a"] help and cooperation from now; and everybody was impressed deeply. 1). This is the picture of guests, parents and students who gathered for [crossed out "to"] the ceremony [inserted "and"] are praying after the hymnal singing." This is the same image as 2009.24.16.178.
