Description: White paper certificate has text printed in black ink and reads: "The Texas Association for Mental Health presents this Citation to Natalie Carter Barraga [name in calligraphic style] for personal qualities that have inspired and influenced the many thousands of students and fellow citizens whose paths have most fortunately crossed hers, and for her generosity in sharing both her personal and professional capabilities far beyond the requirements of her vocation. 1966." It is signed by the president of the association, Don Wooten. Certificate is beneath glass in a black wood frame with green mat. Frame has a cardboard backing and metal wire for hanging.
