Description: Brown parchment certificate has text printed in black ink in black-letter style and reads: "Students' Association, In recognition of distinguished service and of the outstanding contribution made by Dr. Natalie Barraga, To the support, development, and furtherance of The University of Texas, this Teaching Excellence Award in Education is presented as a reflection of the appreciation of the student body at Austin, Texas, this 21 day of April, 1966." The day, month, and year are handwritten in tan ink and the certificate is signed by the Students' Association president. Certificate is under glass in a black wood frame with cardboard backing and metal wire for hanging. Framer's label on reverse.
