Description: Black-and-white glossy. Thirteen students who are blind sit around a rectangular table making envelopes. They each have paper and materials in front of them, and there is a pile of completed envelopes at the far end of the table. A staff member supervises the work. Behind them, there is a tent set up. Reverse of individual photo: typewritten, "The military used our school and our st students had to live and study in tents. Here they have moved their study tables outside the tents and are studying with their teacher. Separate info sheet: "1.) Blinds are making envelopes under the supervise of Rev. Lee Chong Uh, one of the staff members of The Light House." Other information on the sheet pertains to a photograph not included.
