Description: Black-and-white glossy. Folder of student information sent by Principal Y.S. Rhee of the Taegu School for the Blind and Deaf to Dr. Smith and Mrs. David Combrink of the John Milton Society in response to a request for students' names. Introductory paper and 47 student profiles, are on school stationary printed with institution information. Introductory paper is handwritten in English. Student profiles include individual student photos and are handwritten in Korean with English translation, and they provide each student's name, age, sex, how student became blind and/or deaf, where parents are (if known), and other information such as grade of study, future aspirations, and general disposition. Profiles are separated into students who are blind and students who are deaf. Within these sections, sheets are numbered consecutively. There are 21 students who are blind and 26 students who are deaf. Two students who are blind are labeled "no. 16", and no student who is blind is labeled "no. 14." One student "no. 16" is in the order for "no. 14." Photographs are taken from the waist up. Students are standing by themselves in front of the same door or window. 48 pages total. 4 pages missing.
