Description: Two side-by-side views of the Wisconsin school for 3-D viewing with a stereoscope. Black and white photos, affixed to heavy card stock, show the front and one side of the multistoried school building with a domed cupola. View is obscured by large trees. Handwritten in ink, at bottom right, is "Institute for the BLind, Janesville, Wis." Handwritten in ink on the back, along left edge is "Institute for the Blind. Janesville 1879 Wis." and, at center, "M. [A.?] L. No. 4 1880."
