Scope & Content: The Roman alphabet, capital sign, and a biblical verse (John 14:6) are embossed in revised braille on the front of the card. At top is printed "Sample of Revised Braille" and at bottom right is printed "American Bible Society, New York 22, N. Y." Printed text on the back of the card describes the mission and services of the American Bible Society, which was founded in 1816 and in its 131st year when the text was written. "G-505" is printed on the back at the bottom right corner.
