Description: Black plastic container, with hinged lid and snap-closed tabs that fit into holes in the lid, can hold up to 4 audiocassettes. "Free Matter For The Blind Or Handicappped" is embossed on the bottom, which has an inset area for mailing labels. Container has a circular insert area on top of the lid to accommodate an insert mold for customized embossing. "Cav. 3" is written in silver marker on the insert area, indicating that the container was made in cavity 3 of 4 in a mold designed by APH and was a sample made for design approval.
