History/Provenance: Photograph was removed from the Russell C. Williams biographical file (folder 1 of 2) of the C. Warren Bledsoe Manuscript Collection. It had been sent to Bledsoe by the American Foundation for the Blind, at the request of Stephen Miyagawa, for inclusion in the AER O&M Archives. Photograph was published in the 1986 holiday (Christmas) issue of CBRC Torch. AFB letter that accompanied the photos is in the biographical folder.
