Description: Black and white print; seventeen men in a flat bottomed rowing barge on a river; thirteen are dressed in sweatpants and sweatshirts and from a seated position pull oars fitted into oarlocks on the sides of the barge; a coach bends over two rowers in the middle of the boat, apparently offering instructions; at the back of the boat, a young man in dark pants and t-shirt raises a drumstick above a small drum, a second man in dark jacket holds a speaking tube to his mouth, and a third man sits in front of a steering tiller; in the background a steel truss bridge and a large brick building emerge from a wooded hillside; penciled cropping instructions on back; from "Listen" magazine.
