Description: Hand-colored illustration on clear glass. Slide is mounted in a wooden frame; circular opening for slide has a metal band around the perimeter. "T.H. McAllister, Optician, N.Y." is stamped into the back of the frame along the right edge. "G.F.D. Paine" is printed in black ink on the front of the frame, top right. "Sacred Subjects.--Chris[t] [an]d the Man Born Blind." is printed in black ink along the bottom of the frame. Jesus is surrounded by several men and is touching the face of a blind man.
