Scope & Content: Rosanne Broome, a retiree of the American Printing House for the Blind (APH) , came to work at the company in 1977, as a switchboard operator. She later worked as an APH receptionist. In 1993, she became the manager of the company's new Customer Services Department. She talks about the department's development and some of the changes that occurred over the years, like the introduction of personal computers and the use of the SYSPRO system.
