Description: Black-and-white glossy; head-and-shoulders portrait photo of Reverend Dale C. Recker, who became president of the John Milton Society for the Blind in 1970. Recker wears eyeglasses and suit with tie. His head is turned at a slight angle away from the camera. Stamped in blue ink on reverse: "Studio of the New York Times, Portrait taken June 6, 1967, Times Sq. N.Y. . . . Credit Not Necessary." Also, "Please Return to Picture Library, American Bible Society, 1865 Broadway, New York, New York 10023." On reverse in pencil: "70855 #4."
