Description: Dark blue plastic interline slate, closed on three sides, rounded notch on open side; arrangement of windows on both sides of slate allow brailling on both sides of a 3x5" card without removing the card; six rows of nineteen(19) cells on top, five rows on reverse; raised horizontal lines between each two rows of cells, raised dots mark each five columns of cells; hole in one corner provided to attached stylus; "APH" logo molded into one corner.
