Description: Prototypes for tools in the APH tactile graphics kit, (a) blank aluminum rod with flattened side; (b) ends refined into forks for embossing wheel; (c) rod entirely rounded, one end turned to tapered oval, other end tapers to conical point; (d) rod entirely rounded, one end turned and machined into fork with holes pierced for hub, other end tapers to conical point (e) rounded rod with flattened side, two smooth semicircular cutouts; (f) rounded rod with flattened side, two ridged semicircular cutouts, end turned and machined into fork, rubber coated wheel pinned into fork; stamped "R".
