Citation is centered on plaque, beneath lacquer finish, and inscribed in black-letter caligraphy style: "National Rehabilitation Association, Metropolitan New York Chapter, presents this citation to New York Infirmary Center for Independent Living, Program of the Year, in recognition of distinguished service to the rehabilitation of the handicapped and as an expression of sincere gratitude.
