Scope & Content: Front of postcard shows a color-tinted photo of a multistoried, red brick school building. There is a covered portico with a covered balcony above, and a central tower. Two large trees partially obstruct the view of the front entrance. "Institute for Blind, Nebraska City, Neb." is printed in red ink at the top left edge. The back of the postcard is divided and used, but not postmarked. "C.E. Wheelock & Co., Peoria, Ill., Exclusive Importers" is printed in the top right corner, in a lock-shaped logo that is approx. 5/8 in. in diameter.
