Scope & Content: Front of postcard shows a black & white photo of a multistoried school building. There is a covered portico with a covered balcony. Above the main entrance is a central tower with a spire roof. "Blind Institute, Nebraska City, Nebr" is printed in red at upper left. Series no. "A 9709" is printed in top left corner. A brief message has been handwritten in pencil at upper right corner. The front has been postmarked. The back of the postcard is divided and used; postmark is illegible. Publisher's logo, approx. 1/4 in. square, is printed at bottom left corner; "SL & Co" inside a circle flanked by wings.
