"Photo by Spieth" is printed at the bottom left corner. "109741-N" is printed at the bottom right corner. "Illinois School for Blind, Jacksonville, Ill." is printed at the top right corner. The back is divided, used, and postmarked Aug. 2, 1949. Back is divided by the following print: Genuine Curteich-Chicago "C.T. American Art" Post Card. "Jacksonville News Agency, Jacksonville, Ill." is printed along the left edge.
