Scope & Content: Linen postcard shows a color-tinted photo of the front entrance and one side of the school building, surrounded by evergreen trees, a green lawn, and colorful flowers. The front entrance is columned and has a covered balcony above it. Printed at the top left of the postcard is "Georgia Academy For The Blind, Macon, Ga." The number 17,594 is printed in the bottom right corner. The back is divided and used. Postage stamp covers the last number in the postmark. "Sold by Service News Co., Macon, Georgia" is printed along the left edge. Printed text divides the middle and reads: A "Colourpicture" Publication, Boston, 15, Mass., U. S. A. This postcard is identical to accession 2001.73.
