Description: Orange plastic phonograph circulation container; flat rectangle with hinged lid; two flaps opposite hinges lock into recessed holes in lid to seal; recessed rectangle in lid holds removable mailing label; lid embossed with seal of Library of Congress; in relief, "FREE MATTER FOR THE BLIND OR HANDICAPPED"; three paper record sleeves with open centers and cut corners inside; white vinyl adhesive label on side, "ANGELS ALL OVER TOWN/Rice, Luanne/APH 10-86".
