Description: Black-and-white glossy; angled front view of the Pittsburgh Branch of the Pennsylvania Association for the Blind. Building is three stories, dark brick. A fire escape is visible on the left side of the building; a small chimney is visible on the top right section of the roof. Roof is obscured, but appears to be tiled; windows are two-paned and all have a decorative white trapezoidal attachment above. Multiple cable car and electric lines obscure the view of the building; 7-9 cars are parked on the streets in front of the building and to its left side. A street sign reads "Filmore" and "S. Craig" and indicates that Filmore is one-way. A house is to the right of the building; a larger church with steeple are visible to the back of the building. The street is partially brick and partially pavement; the brick portion of the street has multiple cable tracks and a manhole cover.
