- Glossy black-and-white photograph shows Lou Harpenau, at center, holding a 1996 Alexander Scourby Narrator of the Year Award plaque. With him are his wife, Marilyn Harpenau, and APH President Tuck Tinsley. Lou Harpenau, a narrator of talking books for the American Printing House for the Blind, was the 1996 recipient of the Alexander Scourby Narrator of the Year Award for Nonfiction, presented on June 3 of that year by the American Foundation for the Blind.
