Scope & Content: Holdings: 1874-1907/1908 (1st-28th), 1911/1912 (30th), 1921/1922 (35th), 1958, 1961. Title varies slightly. Name of organization appears as Pennsylvania Working Home for Blind Men on reports up through 1921/1922; on later reports as Pennsylvania Working Home for the Blind. A frontispiece engraving of the building appears in reports up through 1893; black-and-white photo illustrations in later reports, except the 1958 report which is a copy of a typewritten report. Most reports include a treasurer's report and list of clients, both residing and not residing in the Home. No reports were issued in 1959 or 1960.

Administrative History: The Pennsylvania Working Home for Blind Men was established and incorporated in 1874. Located in Philadelphia, the Home was founded to provide vocational training, workshop employment, and a home for blind men. Services would later extend to both male and female clients and the organization would become known as the Pennsylvania Working Home for the Blind.
