Kurzhals for the "Tactual Road to Reading" program, which was superseded by the Patterns Prebraille Program. Coy) Form books and the instructions book are copyright 1988; teacher's manual is copyright 1987. All have orange paper covers. History/Provenance: The Patterns Prebraille Program was introduced as a new product of the American Printing House for the Blind (APH) in 1988, superseding another APH product: Tactual Road to Reading. It was discontinued in 2018. This kit was transferred in 2019 to the Museum of the American Printing House for the Blind (APH) from the APH Research Department, where it had been stored with project materials of Eleanor Pester.
