Description: Black-and-white glossy shows Nat Seaman, who is blind, sitting in the audience at a Service of Worship held at the Protestant and Orthodox Center, New York World's Fair, August 2, 1964. He is reading the print/braille program for the service with his left hand; a cane rests against his lap. A "World Council for the Welfare of the Blind, New York, 1964" ribbon is on the front left of his suit jacket. The interdenominational service was arranged by the John Milton Society for the World Conference on the Welfare of the Blind. On reverse, stamped in red ink: "Wide World Photos," with restriction information.
