Description: Molded red plastic with hinged lid and two tabs that snap into holes in the lid to keep container closed. Internal compartment can house up to four audiocassettes. On the top of the lid is an embossed Library of Congress seal. Bottom of container has "FREE MATTER FOR THE BLIND OR HANDICAPPED" embossed into the plastic and a recessed area with slots to hold mailing labels. Appears to have been unused.
