Description: Gold-colored medal mounted in solid oval-shaped wood base. Front of medal is inscribed "The American Foundation for the Blind," with a raised figure of an angel carrying a torch. Reverse has raised leaves and the inscription "For Outstanding Service to the Blind, Natalie C. Barraga, November 18, 1994." A gold-paper maker's label and four round felt pads are on the bottom of the base.
