Description: Folded zinc plate used by APH to emboss a raised tactile graphic of the British Isles on Moon type alphabet sheets. The same picture, hand-drawn in pencil on onion-skin paper, is taped to the front of the plate and served as the pattern for creating the raised graphic on the plate. An embossed copy on braille paper is inside the plate.
