Description: Illustration is printed on a disbound page. It shows a man wearing dark eyeglasses who is sitting on a sidewalk and collecting money in a can that hangs around his dog's neck. Three children are talking to him. Text at the bottom left corner reads: "How much is that dog?" Jane asked the blind man who was not blind. The title and date of the magazine are not indicated and were supplied by the Norman Rockwell Museum from the reference book titled Norman Rockwell: A Definitive Catalogue, by Laurie Norton Moffatt, published by the museum in 1986. The illustration accompanied a story.
