Administrative History: The Lycoming County Branch of the Pennsylvania Association for the Blind was established in 1946 in Williamsport, Pennsylvania to provide vocational, rehabilitative and social services to blind and visually impaired residents in Lycoming County. The non-profit agency was incorporated in 1957 and would later become North Central Sight Services, Inc.
