Administrative History: The Lower Susquehanna Branch of the Pennsylvania Association for the Blind was established in Sunbury, Pennsylvania to provide vocational, rehabilitative and social services to blind and visually impaired residents in Columbia, Montour, Northumberland, Snyder and Union Counties. The non-profit agency was incorporated in 1949 and would later become Central Susquehanna Sight Services.
