Description: Silver card made of anodized aluminum with polished and unpolished areas on front. At top left is a Lions Club emblem with a blue enamel center and a silver "L". "We Serve" appears beneath the emblem. An inscription is centered on the card and includes the engraved name of the "Little Rock Pulaski Heights" club, "James Max Woolly," and the signaure of Lions Club International President William H. Wunder. Reverse of card is blank and has a brushed surface.
