Scope & Content: Item is a carbon copy of a 2-page typewritten letter asking "that the United States Government permit a [vending] stand to be installed in all of its government buildings in this state [Kentucky]" to provide employment for blind students who have finished their schooling, with the operating assistance of disabled veterans. Mosley cites the success of existing Kentucky vending stands where students of the Kentucky School for the Blind worked under the school's supervision.
