Description: Black-and-white glossy; side view of Lera Mae Dawson at a desk in the American Printing House for the Blind binding a large type book. Dawson has short, curly, brown hair; wears a white, textured dress, a large necklace and earrings, eyeglasses, multiple rings, and a watch. The book Dawson is binding is titled "Louisiana: The Pelican State," and is opened to paged 170; Dawson uses a long stylus-like tool to attach binding in the center of the book.
