Description: Black plastic interline slate, closed on three sides, notched on open side; arrangement of windows on both sides of slate allow brailling on both sides of a 3x5" card without removing the card; six lines on top, five lines on reverse, nineteen cells per line, raised horizontal ridges between each two lines of cells; hole in one corner provided to attached stylus; "APH" logo molded into one corner.
