Summary/Description: Leatherbound book is in memoriam of Congressman Albert S. Willis, who secured a national endowment for printing books for the blind. Text is a copy of the APH board of trustees' action of memoriam of Albert S. Willis. Book has leather binding gold-stamped with floral border. Leather is stained a deep purple. Pink faille fabric covers back of cover and is glued to front and back of bound signature. Pages are embossed in Boston Line raised letters. Book has faille ribbons which are faded pink. Wooden case in which the book was presented is black-stained mahogany with elaborate metal strap hinges and clasp. It is hinged at left .Top of case has elaborate script monogram "ASW" cut from metal and applied. The interior is lined with purple velvet. .1 - book .2 - case
